Walk Your Way To Health #7 – Black Hill Summit Loop

Its that time again to join in the fun and walk your way to health in 2017 with an awesome group of people.

BPM Holistic Wellness is teaming up with Adelaide Paleo & Adelaide Paleo Group to bring you an excuse to get out of the house and enjoy some Vitamin N (Nature)!

When – Sunday the 6th of May, 2017
Time – 9:00am sharp start (arrive by 8.50am)
Cost – Gold coin donation on the day (optional)
Distance – 4.2km (Loop)
Where – Black Hill Conservation Park (at the end of Addison Road, Athelstone).
Bring – Water (2-3L), camera, snacks, sunscreen, hat, rain gear (just in case).

We do monthly hikes and walks on the first Saturday of the month, so we can all receive the benefits of being outside in nature and being safe within a group of like minded people.

Most hikes are a challenge but all fitness levels will be able to complete! The challenge is the part you will look back on and feel most rewarded about once you finish!

This is FREE to do these events but we do ask for a gold coin donation to go towards the Adelaide Paleo Community Group.

As this event is free & done on public or private property, by attending the participants agree to do so at their own risk.
